Work Steps
We are always looking to the future to develop exciting and supportive programmes for our clients. Whilst we have provided opportunities for people who live in our houses to gain skills and paid work-experience for some time, we have recently begun to be more intentional about this as a programme.
We have created “Work Steps” to encourage residents into service-paid work experience, helping our ‘Facilities Team’ to maintain the various properties we operate as part of residential services.
