Youth : Intensive Mobile Support
This service operates from 60 Sydney Street and is a creative intervention that supports
young people (14-25 years) who are better suited to receiving intensive support in their own community setting (usually their family home or a flat).
Young people can be contacted up to twice daily by text or phone and are able to be visited multiple times per week as identified in a young person's Care Plan.
