Adult : Community Support
This service is designed for people aged 19-65 years, either living independently or transitioning into the community from Supported Accommodation. Our qualified staff work alongside people and support them in their educational, vocational and recreational goals.
As a team we have areas of specialised interest, for example services to older persons or mums and babies. Innovations we have created over time include establishing an activities-based Social Link Group, which focuses on establishing friend-networks/social contacts. Running alongside of this is a Craft Group – both of these groups are held monthly for people in receipt of Community Support services with the Trust.
